Shipping charge & Delivery timeline.

1) Standard Shipping: Price as displayed during checkout process - The order gets delivered within 7-12 working days. 

2) Express Shipping:  Price as displayed on checkout process - The order gets delivered within 2-7 working days as per your delivery pincode. 

It may happen that the sale of some particular products is faster than the others and may soon get out of stock. Our restocking time generally alters from 3 days to 1 month depending upon the product category. If you still want to know about the restocking time,

You can also apply a coupon which you might receive from us or redeem points which you have earned from your previous purchases.

It is best to prepay your for order and buy confidently.

But even if the customer receives an incomplete order, then please submit a ticket mentioning below details and we will get back to you.

we will get back to you in 48 hours with the resolution and we will mail you if we need further information, else we will ship the missing item right away informing you about the tracking details.

Why will we ask you more information?

Our operations run on an automated system, if the item is missing in a particular order then our system will show that the extra material is in stock which means that some orders are shipped with missing items and this way we can track as to what was the missing part.

Once confirmed that the item is missing from the parcel, we will send you the item with shipping details with immediate effect.

Make sure to contact us in 15 days from the Delivery date, else return will not be possible

It happens sometimes, In such cases the money is neither with us nor with the bank but if we receive your money without order, we will refund it within 4-5 working days. Rest assured, the money will come back to your bank account after 5 working days once the payment reconciliation happens at bank's end.

If the money still does not reflect in your bank account, contact us and we will get back to you

At diy3d.in we follow the highest standards for packaging. We make sure that our product remains intact even with some of the worst handling.
As per our experience, even the box may appear to be damaged badly from outside, the product inside it works for most of the cases. Having said so, if at all, a customer receives a damaged product(which is found after a customer uses the product), it's better to get in touch with us, we are there to take care.
If you receive the package in badly damaged condition, Make sure to contact us immediately in 2 days from the Delivery date, else return will not be possible.

Type of resolutions
1. We will send you a replacement or
2. We will ask you to send the damaged part back to us,
Who pays for the return shipping?
Return shipping charges are borne by customer. We will give you coupon you can apply on next order.

Note: Make sure to contact us in 24 hours from the Delivery date, else return will not be possible.
Refund timelines differ depending on the reason for a refund:
Unconfirmed order: In such cases, the money is neither with us nor with the bank but if we receive your money without order, we will refund it within 4-5 working days. Rest assured, the money will come back to your bank account after 5 working days once the payment reconciliation happens at bank's end.
Order not shipped/cancelled/item is faulty/ wrongly received: In case such cases the refund will be sent to your original mode of payment within 3-5 working days.
Sometimes our team may need additional time to process your refund depending on the complexity of the case. Do get in touch with us if you do not receive your refund even after the timelines above.
Note: Refunds are not credited to your account on bank holidays and weekends.

Once confirmed that the item is missing from the parcel, We will ask the customer to send the wrong item back to us,

What customer needs to do?

As soon the wrongly delivered product is shipped back to us, the customer is required to send the snapshot of the packed parcel and the tracking details of the same.

Once these are submitted, our executive will send the right product to you.

Make sure to contact us in 24 hours from the Delivery date, else return will not be possible

Once the parcel is ready, packed and shipped, the customer receives an email or/and SMS about the tracking details. We recommend you to use those details to track your order.


We do not accept return for such cases "Item no longer needed."

Your order will be supplied with a copy of GST Invoice. If you need a soft copy of the same - please contact us. 

It may sometimes happen that the item may not work or is difficult to put into action, so in this case visit the product page on www.diy3d.in and make sure that you are not missing on any instruction on 'How to use' part.

If you are sure that the item is really faulty, we will be more than happy to assist you.

Once you send the product back to us, kindly share the tracking details with us.

After inspection of the product at our end, we will provide you with your preferred resolution which can be one of the following.

1. If we found it faulty, then we can send you a replacement.

2. If the product is working, we can reship it back to you, in which the shipping charges for re-sending it are paid by the customer. 

Please Note: Return period for the said issue is 5 days after receipt of the order.  At a later stage, you may contact the brand directly to claim a warranty if any provided by the brands respectively.

-if the order is yet to be shipped, if it is not shipped, then we will cancel the order and process your refund. Or

-If the parcel is already out of the warehouse and is in transit, you can reject the parcel so that it will come back to us.

Please note that, once you accept the parcel, return process would be followed.

Payment Gateway Charges are fees/charges for online payment processing by Payment Gateways. This charge being paid is not considered a part of an order and will not include in the GST Tax Invoice of your order.
